Brewed To Serve Restaurant Group is hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO to support the day-to-day execution of a fast-moving restaurant group. This is an in-office role and a unique opportunity for someone who wants to learn directly from a CEO in the restaurant business —touching everything from accounting and operations to marketing and graphic design support

No day is the same. This role is for someone who enjoys variety, moves quickly, and takes pride in being the person who keeps priorities organized and projects moving.
What You’ll Do Executive Support- Manage calendar scheduling, confirmations, and day-of agenda planning
- Organize priorities, reminders, and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks
- Prepare notes, summaries, and simple briefing documents for meetings
- Assist with administrative and light accounting coordination (tracking, organizing invoices, routing items, basic reporting support)
- Support marketing and creative workflows (coordinating assets, organizing requests, assisting with execution alongside the team)
- Coordinate with restaurant leaders, vendors, and partners to keep timelines and deliverables on track
- Build trackers, checklists, and systems that keep the business moving
- Draft professional emails and internal communications on behalf of leadership
- Act as a reliable point of contact—routing requests and information efficiently
- Maintain organized digital files and “single source of truth” documents
- Handle sensitive topics with maturity, confidentiality, and strong judgment
- Represent leadership and the company with warmth and professionalism
This role is hands-on, dynamic, and fast-paced
. You’ll be involved across multiple functions and learn a ton. It is not a repetitive routine role—you’ll be jumping between priorities and helping solve real problems in real time.

- Comfortable working in-office and adapting as priorities shift
- 2+ years supporting an executive or working in a high-coordination role (operations, admin, project coordination, hospitality leadership support, etc.)
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Hospitality/restaurant experience is a plus (not required)
- In-office in Atlanta
- Full-time, with occasional schedule flexibility based on business needs
