- Calendar & Scheduling Management:
Coordinate complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts - Communication & Correspondence:
Draft, review, and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO and other executive team members - Meeting Support:
Prepare agendas, take notes, and track action items for executive meetings and leadership off-sites - Travel & Logistics:
Plan and manage travel itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting - Project Coordination:
Assist with special projects, research, and cross-functional initiatives as needed - Confidential Support:
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism - Operational Efficiency:
Identify and implement systems and processes to improve executive productivity
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a startup or tech environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High emotional intelligence, judgement and discretion
- Proactive problem-solver with a bias for action
- Ability to travel throughout the year with the team to offsite meetings and events
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with tools Microsoft 365, Slack, and project management platforms

Location:
Atlanta, GA. This is a hybrid role that will require being in the office three days a week.
