As our Construction Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our busy Construction team providing direct assistance to executive team members and supporting operations through execution of tasks related to draw administration, contract administration and office services. Deploying your expertise with the suite of MS Office products, organization and time management skills, you work will contribute directly to smooth administrative operations for our office and team.
EDUCATION,EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION Required
- High school diploma.
- 2-3 years of prior experience in real estate development, construction, finance or related field.
- Previous experience in the multi-family industry.
- Previous experience in Sage Intacct, Textura, Procore, and Ramp
Tasks listed below are not an exhaustive list of all the tasks that may be required for this position.
Provide Draw Administration process support, including:- Manage monthly draw process
- Compile monthly draw package
- Data entry and invoice coding
- Release payments to vendors
- Run, assemble, and distribute monthly reports
- Track payment waivers
- Assist project managers with distribution and follow-up on subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders
- Synchronization of subcontracts, purchases orders, and change orders into subcontractor payment system
- Track subcontractor certificates of insurance
- Maintain contract logs
- Answer incoming phone calls in a positive, professional manner.
- Distribute incoming mail & packages, backup as needed.
- Process weekly project invoices
Any other tasks assigned or directed.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to have flexibility with working schedule based on business and deadline needs.
- Ability to work a schedule during normal work hours and that may be other than Monday-Friday, 8-5. Work in excess of 40 hours per week is likely.
- Consistent, regular and in person attendance during regular working hours at the workplace is required.
