Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative assistant to support leaders and teams in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, anticipates needs, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. The administrative assistant plays a key role in supporting business initiatives, coordinating logistics, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for leaders, teams, and projects
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a changing environment
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and related logistics, including agendas, materials, room reservations, equipment, and refreshments
- Manage Outlook calendars with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support timekeeping and expense reporting processes
- Create, edit, and format written materials and correspondence
- Maintain confidential files and sensitive information with discretion
- Track deadlines and provide timely reminders and follow‑ups
- Collaborate effectively with other administrative support professionals
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support team and business needs

Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $10.00 - $15.00/hr.
