Position: Facilities Coordinator New United States

Full-Time position may require weekend, holiday, daytime, and/or evening hours. This role will be required to be in-office 5 days per week to ensure cross functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do:
  • Ensure office, common areas, and conference/meeting rooms are clean, organized, and fully operational, while monitoring and replenishing supplies in the kitchen, breakroom, and copier/workrooms.
  • Monitor and respond to facilities requests in the work order system (JIRA) to ensure tickets are resolved promptly.
  • Assist with desk moves and minor facilities projects as directed.
  • Coordinate with property management for building access, conference center requests, fire and safety training and drills.
  • Assist with onboarding and facilities new hire orientation (safety briefing, office tour, etc.).
  • Assist with coordination and logistics for events such as social hours, team member events, company-wide all-hands meetings, off-sites, etc.
  • Coordinate building janitorial services and maintenance requests.
  • Additional tasks and projects as assigned.
What You’ve Done:
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in workplace operations, office/facilities management, hospitality, or employee experience programs (corporate or high-growth customer service environment a plus).
  • Strong customer service orientation with a hospitality mindset and the ability to create a welcoming workplace environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal) with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to use sound judgment when addressing facility or employee-related issues.
  • Proficiency in workplace software and tools, such as JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or facilities management systems.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and emergency protocols (e.g., OSHA, fire safety, first aid/CPR certification preferred).
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and oversee service delivery (janitorial, catering, property management, etc.).
  • Other Requirements
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee and organizational information.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or after hours for office moves, events, or building emergencies.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds when required.

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base pay is one component of Stub Hub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
