Responsibilities
- Provide C-Level/ high-level administrative support to department leadership and executive teams, including calendar, email, and phone management
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and coordinate closely with C-suite executives and executive assistants
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare itineraries, and process expense reports
- Organize and support meetings, conferences, and special events, including room scheduling, materials, and catering
- Serve as back-up support for other administrative assistants as needed
- Support onboarding and pre-boarding activities for new hires
- Manage conference room schedules and maintain office operations and efficiency
- Order office supplies and coordinate facilities, equipment, and vendor needs
- Handle shipping, mail distribution, copying, and document preparation
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
