Personal Assistant and Household Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant & Household Manager to support a busy CEO and family in Atlanta. This is a high-trust, hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in running complex household and personal operations smoothly, efficiently, and discreetly.

This position goes well beyond task execution. You will serve as the operational anchor of the household—anticipating needs, managing people and vendors, protecting privacy, and ensuring that every detail of the home and family operations runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities Household Management
  • Oversee daily household operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and organization
  • Manage relationships with service providers, contractors, landscapers, and household staff
  • Coordinate repairs, deliveries, and upkeep across the residence and family-owned sites
  • Maintain household inventory and supplies for home and office needs
  • Ensure the home is always guest-ready and running efficiently
Executive level Personal & Family Support
  • Assist with personal errands, appointments, and family scheduling
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, transportation, and logistics
  • Organize personal and family events, dinners, or gatherings as needed
  • Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information with discretion
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve day-to-day challenges
  • Track and manage household and property-related expenses.
  • Handle bill payments, vendor invoices, and reimbursement processes
  • Maintain organized expense reporting and support household budgeting
  • Liaise with the family office, accountants, and advisors to ensure accuracy
Cross-Property Coordination
  • Serve as liaison between the residence, family office, and additional properties
  • Oversee scheduling and coordination for maintenance, deliveries, and staff across all locations
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a personal assistant, household manager, or similar private service role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; excellent attention to detail
  • Experience handling household financial tracking and light bookkeeping (Quick Books or Excel preferred)
  • Professional, trustworthy, and highly discreet in handling confidential matters
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; calm under pressure
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends
