Job Summary
The Admin Operations Coordinator will coordinate administrative and building operations support services within an assigned unit. Areas of involvement typically include financial records and reports, budget administration, administrative policies and procedures maintenance and building support services.
This position will interact on a consistent basis with: unit management and staff, vendors/contractors and visitors.
This position typically will advise and counsel: unit management and staff.
- Provide support in unit and or project budget administration; maintain budget related records and generate reports.
- Process purchasing related records and transactions; maintain inventory records.
- Coordinate building operations maintenance which typically includes building access control.
- Coordinate delivery, installation and inter-office movement of furniture and equipment.
- Coordinate new employee intake process including initiation of related documentation and data input.
- Maintain unit administrative related policies and procedures.
- This position may hire, train, and supervise student employees.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
High school diploma, GED Certificate or Vocational School Diploma

Required ExperienceSix years of job related experience
Preferred QualificationsCandidates should bring 2-4 years of experience with Concur, Workday, and OneUSG.
Monthly travel to Huntsville is required to maintain alignment and keep operations running smoothly.
Will serve as the key link between Atlanta leadership and Huntsville staff.
Extensive administrative experience working in a high-volume and deadline-driven office setting.
