We are excited to announce an opening for a Clinic Receptionist/Administrator to join our team! We are a fast-paced clinic looking for a friendly and organized individual who can provide exceptional customer service while managing administrative duties.
Responsibilities- Making and updating appointments for new and follow-up patients
- Responding to phone calls, emails, and messages promptly
- Answering questions and addressing complaints
- Greeting and being personable to patients
- Taking daily payments, logging sales and expenses in Excel
- Helping patients with referral needs and insurance letters
- Taking inventory and ordering necessary supplies
- Tracking and tallying transaction summaries on a spreadsheet at the end of each month
- Keeping track of to-do lists for practitioners and reminding them when necessary
- Helping therapists when asked to
- Experience as a front desk administrator or relevant position
- Knowledge of office management
- Proficient in English (written and oral)
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Good communication and people skills
- Calm and polite under pressure (e.g. patient asking questions you don’t know the answer to, patients being rude)
- Ability to respect and adhere to deadlines
Full time (Hours to be allocated between Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 9am-6pm)
