Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, office hours

You will assist in processing grant applications and support ongoing sanitation policies and initiatives under the Sanitation Policy Branch. You will be responsible for the following:

Description

Ground-levelengagementthroughconductingone-to-oneoutreachtopotentialapplicants,

Explain grant requirements and eligibility criteria,

Performing preliminary verification of grant applications, including site visits

Ensure accuracy and completion of documents byapplicants

Manage communications and clarifications (particularly where language barriers exist) withapplicantsand other stakeholders

Job Requirements

Singaporeans only.

At least Degreein any field with min. 1-2 years of relevant working experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Abilitytowork independently

Good interpersonal communication skills

Meticulous with an eye for detail

Prior working experience in grants processing and public engagementwould be an advantage
