As a Firm Support Specialist II at FORVIS, you will provide support and assistance to all employees and partners of FORVIS and perform a variety of administrative tasks related to the efficient operation of the market or office team.
How you will contribute:
* Establishing and maintaining a rapport with internal clients and vendors
* Assist with restocking supplies and facilities support
* Support for other FSS team members
* Formatting and editing Microsoft Word and Excel document content provided by the engagement teams
* Ensuring documents are satisfactorily and consistently prepared and participate in a review process to incorporate feedback
* Receptionist, as needed
* General administrative office duties (mail, file, copy, bind, lunches, meeting set up, etc.)
* Occasional errands (post office, etc.)
* Correspondence and other administrative assistance/support for partners and managers

Minimum Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Strong aptitude for learning new software, systems, and processes in support of varying operational responsibilities
* Two+ years of related experience in a professional office environment
* Intermediate proofreading and editing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* College degree in a related field
* Three+ years of related experience
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe
* Advanced proofreading and editing skills
