We are hiring an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Atlanta. As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a contract job with a salary of $1,300 and we welcome candidates from Nepal.
Responsibilities- Answering phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Assisting with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Experience working in an office environment preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
