Macdonald & Company have been exclusively retained by a privately held real estate investment and operating company to appoint an Office Operations Manager to support its growing industrial and net lease investment platform across the Southeast.

This is a highly visible position within a lean, entrepreneurial team, offering direct exposure to ownership and involvement across accounting support, office operations, transaction coordination, and day-to-day execution of the business.

The firm is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats across operations, finance, and deal support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
  • Support acquisitions and dispositions through transaction coordination and closing processes
  • Assist with accounts payable, invoicing, expense tracking, and financial administration
  • Liaise with external vendors, attorneys, lenders, brokers, and third-party service providers
  • Maintain organized deal documentation, reporting, and internal systems
  • Assist ownership with scheduling, project coordination, and operational support
  • Help improve internal processes and create structure across the platform
  • Provide ad hoc support across investments, operations, and asset management activities
Candidate Profile
  • Prior experience within commercial real estate, accounting, professional services, or office operations preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and sense of ownership
  • Comfortable working independently within a small team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exposure to real estate transactions, bookkeeping, or executive support is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business systems
