The Aviation Account Analyst plays a key role in supporting commercial insurance program administration and delivering a consistent, high quality client experience. This role builds foundational knowledge of commercial insurance structures, placement, and servicing while coordinating with clients, carriers, and internal teams to resolve service, billing, and coverage inquiries. The Analyst also supports the renewal cycle, ensuring timelines are met and contributing to the overall client service strategy.
- Develop working knowledge of property and casualty coverages, insurance funding mechanisms, and program administration throughout the renewal lifecycle.
- Assist Account Executives/Managers with carrier billing issues, claim inquiries, certificate requests, and general service support.
- Prepare and organize client information—including exposures, loss runs, and carrier data—to support strategic planning and renewal preparation.
- Provide administrative support for client communications, presentation materials, and meeting documentation.
- Coordinate client invoicing, monitor discrepancies, process producer allocations, and build capability to audit renewal invoices for accuracy.
- Support marketing efforts by gathering exposure data, preparing submission materials, and coordinating vendor responses.
- Process and issue binders, invoices, auto , claims instructions, and policy changes; complete initial policy checks and assemble client manuals and summaries.
- Assist with client onboarding, including file setup, documentation, system configuration, and contact management.
- Gather reporting and data needed for renewals or to address client questions.
- Build communication skills to support client facing interactions in both written and verbal formats.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business related field or equivalent insurance industry experience.
- 0–1 year of experience in client service or customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to compile and analyze financial information.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and vendors.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to support presentations and client facing activities.
