The Retail Operations Coordinator supports the retail sales team with the administrative, logistical, and operational workflows that keep the POS hardware sales process running smoothly — from order processing and inventory tracking to vendor onboarding documentation and account setup coordination.

• Process POS hardware orders and coordinate fulfillment with the supply chain and operations teams
• Maintain accurate inventory records and alert the sales team to stock availability issues
• Support the vendor onboarding process by collecting and verifying required documentation
• Coordinate hardware delivery scheduling with vendors and shipping partners
• Maintain accurate account and order records in the CRM
• Produce weekly sales activity and fulfillment status reports for the retail sales leadership team
• Assist with trade show and event logistics for the retail sales team
• Support the development and maintenance of retail sales playbooks and onboarding materials

• 1+ years of sales operations, retail operations, or administrative coordination experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and inventory management systems
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a retail, hardware, or auto parts business context is a plus
• High school diploma required;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Comfort with basic data reporting and Excel or Google Sheets
