Overview
We are seeking an Industrial Sales Coordinator to support commercial real‑estate brokerage producers in our Atlanta office. The role involves administrative, financial, marketing, and operational tasks, offering exposure to all aspects of the business while partnering with brokers, research, marketing, finance, and coordinators to drive office success.
Business Operations- Gather market research to create client deliverables (market surveys, tour books, competitive sets).
- Prepare deal documents including Requests for Proposals, Letters of Intent, renewal letters, leasing status reports, and customer and prospect correspondence.
- Update and maintain the company CRM database to track prospects, clients, and deal information.
- Manage and maintain all listings on CoStar and Loop Net.
- Prepare property marketing flyers, brochures, and email distributions.
- Create and edit presentations, pitches, and client deliverables for prospect/client meetings.
- Assist in planning industry functions or client events and open houses.
- Collect and process deal file paperwork; calculate, generate, and send invoices via the JLL accounting platform.
- Track and process broker expense reports in accordance with the JLL T&E policy.
- General duties such as printing, binding, scheduling meetings, greeting clients, conference‑room set‑up, office maintenance, broker IT support, making travel arrangements, and front‑desk coverage as needed.
Required
- 1+ years of relevant experience supporting multiple people, preferably in the commercial real‑estate industry or a professional services organization.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software and JLL’s in‑house platforms.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign.
Preferred
- Project management capabilities, including multi‑tasking, prioritization, deadline management, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
- Resourceful, proactive, detail‑oriented, and willing to learn with a positive attitude and a drive for personal growth.
- Able to exercise discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Strong proofreading and editing abilities.
