Seeking an experienced Engineering/Facilities Coordinator with strong administrative support and coordination experience. Responsibilities include supporting engineering and facility operations, maintaining records and documentation, coordinating schedules and work orders, processing payroll, and providing general administrative assistance.
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Coordinator, Facilities Coordinator, or related role
- Knowledge of payroll processing and timekeeping procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ensuring efficient day-to-day administrative functions.
