The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, though not required.

What will I be doing?
As a Sales Site Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to the Director and Managers of Sales and Marketing. Your role will involve:
- Word processing, typing, and email management
- Filing, data entry, faxing, copying, and correspondence
- Answering phones, taking messages, and assisting with general office inquiries
- Conducting site inspections on behalf of sales managers
- Making travel arrangements for the sales team
- Taking notes and/or dictation during meetings
- Assisting with special projects as needed
- Performing other general office duties to ensure smooth operations of the Sales and Marketing department
