Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Specialist to join the Imaging Centers team. This role involves accurately preparing and scanning physical documents into digital formats, supporting information conversion objectives.
What You'll Do- Prepare hard copy records for scanning by accurately sorting, removing staples, and ensuring all documents are maintained in the correct order and sequence.
- Operate scanning equipment to convert physical files into high-quality electronic images, ensuring all output meets strict quality standards.
- Follow all production procedures, complete internal tracking documentation, and adhere to Imaging Center guidelines for a clean and secure work environment.
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- The ability to remove staples, sort, file, and box records while maintaining accuracy, combined with basic familiarity with Personal Computers (PC).
- A strong focus on detail and accuracy
, with the proven ability to work independently at a sustained pace to meet production rates. - Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
, the flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed, and the physical ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs frequently.
- Rate of Pay: $16.75/hr;
No Benefits to Start (Temp to Perm) - Shift: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
