Summary ObjectiveAs an Admissions Concierge, you’ll be at the heart of our admissions Department, ensuring smooth operations in pre‑admission, admission, discharge, and follow‑up processes. We’re seeking a candidate with long‑term care experience, a warm and friendly demeanor, and impeccable organizational skills.
Essential Functions- Inquiry Handling:
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiry calls from hospitals, families, and other stakeholders. - Warm Welcome:
Greet families and patients with a warm and compassionate demeanor. - Guided Tours:
Conduct guided tours of our center, showcasing our exceptional care facilities. - Paperwork Processing:
Efficiently process admission paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Coordination:
Establish and maintain a consistent and effective process for coordinating admissions and bed management with relevant departments and staff. - Prompt Responses:
Ensure that all inquiries are handled properly, in a timely manner, and with appropriate attention to detail. - Documentation:
Accurately complete all required information for admissions.
