Dover Staffing is currently seeking test proctors for a one-day testing event in Atlanta, GA. Work date is Sunday, June 7, 2026, from 9:45 am to 4:30 pm with a pay rate of $18.00 hourly. The test proctor position is responsible for providing a secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable friendly environment. In this position, you will be required to:

• Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment.
• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Assist with test setup and shut down.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates while testing.
• Launch exams and seat test takers.

Business professional attire is required: white dress shirt/blouse, black jacket and pants - preferably a pants suit. Comfortable shoes (black comfortable shoes, no tennis shoes or sandals) are also required.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions, prior experience as a test proctor or in a teaching and testing environment is a plus, excellent communication and follow-up skills, and the ability to stand for long periods of time and also escort candidates to and from the testing site. Must be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation.

Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment, hear soft voices and see details from a distance. Excellent customer service skills and a high degree of professionalism are also required. Must be able to work in a cohesive and highly adaptable team.
