As an Executive Assistant to one of Stord's senior leaders, you will report directly to the Chief of Staff and focus on protecting the executive’s time through calendar and inbox management, logistics coordination, and high‑level administrative support.
What You’ll Do- Own the executive’s calendar—schedule, reschedule, prioritize, and protect time with care and context.
- Manage the inbox, draft responses, triage inbound requests, and surface items that require direct attention.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including prep materials, agendas, and follow‑ups.
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to stay aligned on priorities and leadership rhythms.
- Interface with senior leaders, board members, investors, and external partners with professionalism and discretion.
- Track open loops and keep commitments from falling through the cracks.
- Handle sensitive information at all times without exception.
- 3+ years supporting a C‑suite executive, ideally at a high‑growth technology or logistics company.
- Proven ability to manage a complex, high‑volume calendar across time zones.
- Strong written communication skills—you can draft in someone else’s voice and get it right the first time.
- High judgment—you know when to act and when to ask.
- Comfortable moving fast in an environment where priorities shift.
- Trustworthy with confidential information and organizational dynamics.
- Proactive—you spot problems before anyone asks you to solve them.
- Nice to have:
Experience at a pre‑IPO or high‑growth tech company. - Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, Claude, and project tracking tools.
- Prior experience working alongside a Chief of Staff function.
