Executive Administrator
The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) offers a variety of services, with many of them provided onsite at a PACE Center. PACE is an alternative to nursing home care and – through an interdisciplinary care team (IDT) of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, therapists, van drivers, and aides – coordinates and provides preventive, primary, acute, and long-term care services, so older individuals can continue living in the community.

Primary PurposeThe Executive Administrator provides high-trust, proactive, and strategic administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Board of Directors (BOD), and to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This role operates with a high level of discretion, managing confidential information, coordinating executive operations, and ensuring seamless communication and workflow across leadership functions. The position is responsible for complex calendar management, executive communications, travel coordination, Board support, grant process coordination, reporting and presentations, and leading high-impact administrative and organizational projects.
AccountabilityChart Key Roles
- Provides strategic administrative support to the CEO, ELT and BOD
- Manage and execute special projects and organizational initiatives
- Coordinate and support company-wide events and executive meetings
- Deliver expectational customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality in all administrative functions

- Associate's degree required;
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible executive administrative experience supporting a C-suite executive, President/CEO, or senior leadership team
- Experience supporting a Board of Directors, including preparation of agendas, board packets, meeting minutes, governance documents, and board communications
- Demonstrated experience managing highly complex executive calendars with competing priorities
- Experience coordinating executive travel, organizational events, and high-level meetings
- Experience managing confidential information requiring exceptional discretion
- Experience coordinating multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Healthcare, nonprofit, or government experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting grant administration or grant reporting preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated or willing to become vaccinated against:
Influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, COVID-19, and Hepatitis B - Must meet CMS competency standards prior to working independently
- Must be willing to work beyond normal hours and take part in our on-call rotation
- Comfortable working in varied home environments and all-weather conditions
