Job Overview
We are a fast-paced company in Atlanta seeking a part-time Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Managing and organizing office files, records, and documents.
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Assisting with data entry and basic accounting tasks.
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Performing general administrative duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Part-time position with a salary of $1,700 per month.
