The Administrative Assistant
, under general supervision of the Office Manager is responsible for the execution of complex administrative, secretarial, and staff support functions while working in a fast-paced work environment requiring excellent composure and flexibility.
- Provide clerical support including matching incoming mail/faxes to claim files
- Utilize available resources to enable successful tasks performance
- Responsible for processing Invoices and FAA file request
- Ordering Office Supplies (conduct a quantity check of office supplies once every two weeks)
- Distributes mail; maintains and organizes area calendar and schedule
- File documents, expense reports, and log mail
- Perform postal runs and pharmacy run requests
- Aeromedical Services Closure Emails
- Express Jet – Team Meeting Agenda
- Keep Minutes for every team meeting and send email correspondence to staff after each meeting
- Assist Office Manager with Open Enrollments
- Assist with special projects upon request by Office Manager
- Answer calls and route to appropriate area
- Other duties as assigned

- High school diploma with a number of years administrative and supervisory experience
- Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures

- Knowledge of business and management principles
