Ministry Services Specialist
The Ministry Services Specialist is a vital member of the Ministry Services team, responsible for ensuring precise inventory control, accurate accounts receivable transactions, and excellent customer service for both domestic and international LTW supporters. By efficiently and effectively following the key daily processes of data and inventory support, the Ministry Services Specialist is a critical part of furthering the mission and vision of LTW.
Your specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- System entry and follow-up on customer orders, donations, and general ministry inquiries received by mail, web, call center, and over the phone
- Non-cash data entry
- Calendar year-end tax statement processing/research
- Assisting Ministry Relations with product data entry/fulfillment
- Creating new product code, monitor existing
- Product inventory control
- Assisting with new account and monthly donor mailings
The Ministry Services Specialist is both highly detail oriented and relational. To thrive and be successful, you must be proactive while maintaining a calm and professional manner. To qualify as a candidate you should possess the following characteristics and experience:
- Associate Degree required, Bachelor's preferred
- 3+ years of customer service and data entry experience required
- Accounts receivable experience desired
- Personal qualities of honesty, integrity, credibility, friendliness; professional, selfless servant, punctual, and detail oriented
- Must be a problem solver, organized, and a team player
- Superior telephone communication skills
- Office automation skills:
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required - Must agree with LTW's Church Membership & Statement of Faith
