- Interfacing with both vendors/clients
- Manage Equipment and vehicle inventory
- Update Inventory Management Database and Tracker
Salary 2,000.00-3,200.00 monthly
Minimum Qualifications:- High School Diploma (GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required.
- Reliable transportation

- Warehouse inventory management is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years in the construction industry
- College level courses and/or degree preferred.

Position Summary:REO Inventory Coordinator’s are required to perform quality control of our vendors and their requested deliverables, as well as coordinating the completion of priority work orders. The Coordinator will be utilized as an extension of our administrative team in the Atlanta office; while performing a routine quality assurance review of vendor documents/photos.
Executive Realty Solutions Inc. will utilize the REO Inventory Coordinator to organize and maintain our internal inventory database of equipment and vehicles. The coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all of the equipment and vehicles are routinely serviced and properly maintained. The coordinator will also assist in ordering and managing supplies and materials used by the field staff. We realize that it is essential that we continue to maintain a viable vendor portfolio, and the REO Inventory Coordinator will aid in identifying and training of REO Vendors to adhere to our REO guidelines.
Professionalism is paramount but establishing and maintaining a good relationship with vendors, employees, and clients is expected.
