We are seeking a bilingual front‑desk receptionist for a full‑time position (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) at our growing personal injury firm.
As the first point of contact, the Receptionist will manage daily front‑desk operations, provide administrative support, greet guests, and coordinate phone and email communications.
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Direct visitors to appropriate staff and departments.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy reception area with necessary supplies.
- Provide accurate information in person, by phone, and via email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Enforce office security procedures and monitor visitor logs.
- Order front‑office supplies and manage inventory.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Track office expenses and costs.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands‑on experience with office equipment (fax machines, printers).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Time‑management and prioritization abilities.
- Customer‑service orientation.
- High school diploma (required).
- Additional certification in Office Management (preferred).
- 2 years of relevant experience (preferred).
- Spanish (preferred).
Training will be provided.
Schedule- 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday.
- Atlanta, GA 30339 – reliable commute required or plans to relocate before start date.
