Job Overview
We are seeking an Office Assistant/receptionist and Marketing Assistant to join our team. You will perform clerical, marketing, clinical, and administrative functions to drive company success. This office is located inside the perimeter (Midtown Atlanta Poncey Highlands). This is a position in our back-office/surgical area.

- Helping with clinical care

- Charting
- Seating/discharging patients
- Marketing tasks
- Posting and communicating on social media platforms
- Previous experience in office administration or customer service related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
- On-time and punctual employee
- Monday-Thursday: 7am-3:30pm
- Friday: 7:30am-12:30pm
- 30 minute lunch break daily
Applicants need to be familiar with Microsoft Office and have a type speed of 40 words per minute. Candidates must be articulate, interested in learning, and dress business professionally daily. Bilingual candidates are encouraged. Former servers, hostesses, and bartenders are encouraged to apply. We are willing to train. Serious candidates only please.
