In this position, the Back Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting customer and vendor contracts management, customer onboarding and accounts payable.
This position requires extensive telephone-based engagement with vendors & customers as well as a high volume of vendor bills and payment processing.
This is a full-time, in-office position working from our Mid-town Atlanta Office.
- Vendor contracts management – new service orders, service renewals & cancelations
- Customer contracts management – sales support, customer onboarding, customer contracts
- Accounts Payable - validation, posting and payment of vendor invoices (500+ per month)
- General office administration & support duties as assigned
- 4 years of business administration experience in a professional office environment.
- 4 years of business software experience including Microsoft excel and accounting software
- 3 years of experience with vendor & customer contracts management
- 3 years of experience with general bookkeeping including AP & AR
- 3 years of telephone based customer service/support experience
- Punctual & well organized with a strong work ethic
- Professional disposition with ability to handle challenging situations in a calm manner
