Position: Documentation Analyst Sr.

LOCATION: This position requires 1-2 days per week in the office;
Georgia residency is strongly preferred.

HOURS: General business hours, Monday through Friday.

Hybrid 1: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The Documentation Analyst Sr. is responsible for researching and documenting more complex projects and work processes to ensure business continuity and consistency. Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient program operations and timely service delivery. This position supports the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) and the Georgia Housing Voucher (GHV) Program.

Primary Duties
  • Researches, extrapolates, compiles and validates data on flows, systems, coding, and testing problems and processing issues;
  • Makes recommendations for process changes and works with management to obtain sign‑off and to implement;
  • Develops and updates flows and end‑user documentation based on research and system changes;
  • Facilitates issues meetings; assists in managing intranet site by uploading procedures and maintaining a daily bulletin;
  • Provides administrative support for DBHDD and GHV program activities;
  • Receives, researches, and responds to landlord (LL) inquiries related to rent payments and payment processing;
  • Collaborates with internal teams, landlords, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and support successful program operations.
Required Qualifications
  • Requires H.S. diploma; 3‑5 years related experience, of which at least 2 should be in documentation; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience of DBHDD is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Housing voucher programs is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Behavioral Health (mental health) is very helpful.
  • Experience working with State and local government is preferred.
  • You must have excellent organizational skills and have a strong attention to detail.
  • Customer service aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance with program guidelines and contractual requirements is essential for this role.
