Administrative And Commercial Services Assistant
The Administrative and Commercial Services Assistant provides administrative, operational, and commercial support to ensure the smooth functioning of business activities. This role assists with office administration, customer service, sales coordination, document management, and communication between internal departments and external clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Your Tasks Do What You Love:- Manage daily office operations, administrative processes, and general office communication.
- Organize company records, documentation, meetings, travel arrangements, reports, and office supplies.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and process customer orders while maintaining accurate documentation and CRM records.
- Support service and business development activities and coordinate with customers on orders, deliveries, service requests, and contract renewals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers, handling inquiries and ensuring timely, professional communication.
- Build strong customer relationships and escalate complex issues when required.
- Prepare operational and administrative reports and coordinate cross-functional activities to support business objectives.
- Assist management with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support, or commercial operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented, professional, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
