Key Responsibilities- Manage schedules and appointments for executives
- Organize meetings and prepare necessary materials
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain filing systems and ensure data organization
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Perform research and compile information as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
