Office Services Manager
Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Overview
Support office operations by managing hospitality services, mailroom, copy center, reception, and Office Services Center operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for office services, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient day-to-day operations. Oversee hospitality requests, mail processing, print/copy services, and reception coverage in a professional law firm environment.
- Accountable for daily operations of small to medium site and manages small team.
- Coordinate hospitality services, including ordering, setting up, and managing food and beverages for meetings and events.
- Provide reception desk coverage, greet visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries professionally.
- Operate and maintain mailroom functions, including sorting, processing, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Process shipments using USPS, Fed Ex, Client, and other courier services.
- Operate postage machines, printers, copiers, scanners, and other office equipment.
- Perform high-volume copying, printing, scanning, binding, and document finishing services.
- Monitor office service requests and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain inventory of office, mailroom, and hospitality supplies.
- Troubleshoot basic office equipment issues and coordinate vendor service when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and service quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service while supporting attorneys, staff, and clients.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3 5 years of experience in office services, mailroom, hospitality, reception, or related business support roles.
- Minimum 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Previous law firm experience preferred.
- 3 5 years of customer-facing experience in a professional office environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience operating postage machines, printers, copiers, scanners, and general office equipment.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to present information to small and medium-sized groups.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Professional office environment with standard lighting, temperature, and noise levels.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stretch, and move throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent use of computers, keyboards, calculators, and office equipment requiring moderate manual dexterity.
