Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Immediate need for a talented Property Management Associate. This is a 1.5+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Atlanta, GA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.
Pay Range & BenefitsPay Range: $16/hr - $18/hr.

- Provide administrative support to the Property Management team.
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and conference center guests.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
- Ensure conference center spaces are prepared and ready for scheduled meetings and events.
- Code invoices accurately and assist with invoice processing.
- Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic office environment.
- Experience with invoice coding or accounts payable processes.
- College degree or some college coursework preferred.
- Previous administrative, customer service, property management, or office support experience is preferred.
- Years of experience are flexible; qualified candidates at various experience levels are encouraged to apply.
- 24 hours per week
- Three full onsite workdays per week
, days must remain flexible to accommodate conference center events and business needs. - Interview Process
