Immediate need for a talented Property Management Associate. This is a 1.5+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Atlanta, GA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range & Benefits

Pay Range: $16/hr - $18/hr.
Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Management team.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and conference center guests.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
  • Ensure conference center spaces are prepared and ready for scheduled meetings and events.
  • Code invoices accurately and assist with invoice processing.
  • Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic office environment.
  • Experience with invoice coding or accounts payable processes.
  • College degree or some college coursework preferred.
  • Previous administrative, customer service, property management, or office support experience is preferred.
  • Years of experience are flexible; qualified candidates at various experience levels are encouraged to apply.
  • 24 hours per week
  • Three full onsite workdays per week
    , days must remain flexible to accommodate conference center events and business needs.
  • Interview Process
  • 1–2 interview rounds.
  • In-person interviews are preferred.
