Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: $22/HR (W2 Only)
Job/Role Description- This role provides comprehensive general office and administrative support to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery in a professional corporate environment.
- This position will manage travel arrangements and process expenses for team members.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including checks, stock certificates, tax forms, and perform document scanning as required.
- Provide general administrative services to teams, such as maintaining calendars and schedules, and answering phones.
- Coordinate and schedule office events, including recruiting activities, internal team events, and external client events as needed.
- Perform duties including booking conference rooms, ordering food and supplies, printing documents, coordinating interview schedules, liaising with building services, and greeting visitors.
- Assist teams with client servicing activities, with a strong focus on operational excellence and delivering superior customer service.
- Accurately maintain records, documentation, and organized files related to administrative and office operations.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in administrative processes and office support functions to enhance efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a professional corporate environment.
- New graduates with a desire to pursue a career in the financial services industry are encouraged to apply.
