5+Month Contract
M-F (8:00AM - 5:00PM)
This role is responsible for supporting daily office operations and delivering a high-quality workplace experience through hospitality, office services, conference room coordination, administrative support, and executive event assistance.
ResponsibilitiesPerform daily office services including copy, mail, scanning, imaging, courier, managed print, shipping, receiving, and hospitality services.
Coordinate conference room scheduling, setup, A/V support, and workplace hospitality.
Conduct workplace walkthroughs, monitor offices, hoteling spaces, and common areas, and submit facility maintenance requests as needed.
Manage service tickets, respond to employee requests, assist with space planning, office moves, and conference room reservations.
Support executive meetings, special events, and Board of Directors meetings by providing a best-in-class experience for executives and guests.
Operate office equipment including PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging, and mail equipment.
Maintain work orders, reports, inspections, office supply inventory, and routine administrative tasks.
Interact professionally with employees, customers, vendors, facility management, and executive leadership.
Collect and provide operational data, assist with customer reporting, support service level agreements, and help achieve cost and service goals.
Perform additional office services and workplace support duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of experience in office services, workplace experience, hospitality, facilities, customer service, or a related field.
At least 1 year of customer-facing experience required.
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Professional demeanor with the ability to interact confidently with executive leadership.
Basic technical aptitude and ability to operate standard office equipment and software.
Moderate problem-solving skills and ability to present information to small groups.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Available to work Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed for annual board meetings and special events.
Must be able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA.
