Position Overview
Full‑time Community Associate – Dallas, GA 30132.
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year, dependent on education and experience.

Responsibilities- Supervision of team members at the direction and in partnership with the General Manager.
- Receive and respond to incoming calls from homeowners, board members, committee members, and vendors, and address their requests at the direction of the General Manager.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail for the office and associations.
- Assist in preparing board and committee meeting agendas and execute meeting notice publishing per state‑law requirements.
- Assist in creating and publishing board meeting packages, attending board meetings, and taking notes for management action items and/or board meeting minutes.
- Execute compliance inspections twice a week from the vehicle, document and photograph compliance issues for notices sent to homeowners.
- Execute regular follow‑up inspections for open violation issues, communicate with homeowners regarding violation notices, and maintain meticulous records.
- Produce and track deed restriction letters based on site inspections; maintain a violation log, both active and resolved.
- Assist with the preparation of the annual members meeting notice, board election ballots, and annual meeting presentation; attend the annual meeting, and assist in tallying votes and documenting results.
- Track expiration dates on all agreements for assigned associations, solicit bids for renewal, renew agreements with current vendors if requested, and assist in bid packet preparation; ensure all agreements are fully executed and appropriately filed.
- Maintain association records in Cira Net, including, but not limited to, work orders, contracts, proposals, vendor meetings, and other documentation.
- Manage the association Cira Net inbox to ensure a 24‑hour response for all messages and appropriate assignment to the responsible team member or department.
- Assist the Association Manager with researching resident requests and/or official records requests.
- Manage volunteer processes for assigned associations, maintain a data file of volunteers for each committee, and manage committee requests.
- Complete additional duties assigned by the General Manager.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of one year’s Homeowner Association (HOA) Management experience required, preferably onsite.
- GA license required.
- Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills.
- Ability to set priorities, plan, organize, and delegate effectively.
- Command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to address resident concerns quickly.
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.
- Ability to read, understand, and explain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and general ledger entries.
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year, depending on education and experience.
