Full job description. Are you passionate about interpersonal relationships and accomplishing goals? If so join us as an Executive Assistant will use your advanced people and organizational skills to support a portion of our Portable Wholesome Snack Leadership team in Chicago, IL. This hybrid role will be in our office Tuesday – Thursday. Did you see the viral Pop‑Tarts Bowl edible mascot campaign?
Not only would you be on the team that brought that idea to life, but you will also play a major role in the success of our portable wholesome snack leadership. Your time management, planning, and eye for detail will make sure our Leaders are driving the business.
- Coordinating and organizing: managing calendars current and years in advance, scheduling on‑site and off‑site meetings, arranging domestic and international travel (obtaining international travel documentation), submitting expense reports, providing administrative budgets, and managing confidential materials to support the C‑suite.
- Communication: supporting internal customers is second nature with the right people skills, come prepared to engage with direct teammates in the C‑suite.
- Areas of expertise: assisting, creating, and editing confidential presentations and postings in PowerPoint; developing and presenting materials for Town Hall meetings including welcome, anniversaries, and recognition for our top achievers.
- High school diploma or experience supporting senior management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to connect on a professional level with internal and external customers.
- Strong organizational skills, acute attention to detail, good judgment, interpersonal communications, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work well under deadlines, prioritizing projects that are sometimes conflicting.
- Ability to work with employees at all levels and diverse backgrounds across the organization.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of expense reporting, human resource and accounts payable systems.
