Administrative Assistant – Crozier Fine Arts
Location:
New York (Chelsea), NY 10011
Compensation: $25.00‑30.00/hr (equivalent to $50,200.00 - $62,800.00 annual range)

Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM
Responsibilities- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Assist clients in finding their way around the office.
- Announce clients as necessary.
- Answer the main Crozier Fine Arts phone line, routing calls to the appropriate person/department/facility.
- Maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges.
- Maintain visitor logs by verifying , checking‑in, and checking‑out visitors.
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team, including creating, maintaining, uploading, and editing documents, spreadsheets, and filing.
- Respond to requests by the manager and team members for information or assistance in producing estimates for client services within the internal inventory and billing system; manage the credit memo process and rebills.
- Support marketing and events as needed.
- Excellent time management, organization, and ability to complete duties promptly.
- Administrative support experience in a professional environment preferred, but not necessary.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and proofreading skills.
- Keen sense of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle matters confidentially.
- Capability to interface well with all levels of employees in a highly professional and friendly manner.
- Effective communication with clients and coworkers.
- Ability to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
- Desire to be part of a rapidly expanding business.
