I’m a first-year surgery resident with an unpredictable schedule looking for a reliable part-time personal assistant to help keep life running smoothly outside the hospital. Residency means long hours, overnight call, early mornings, and little time for everyday tasks.
Responsibilities- Meal prepping and grocery shopping
- Light apartment cleaning
- Running errands (Amazon returns, dry cleaning, pharmacy, etc.)
- Laundry and household tasks
- Helping me stay organized with appointments and reminders
- Wake‑up calls/check‑ins after overnight call when needed
- Picking up food or supplies
- Miscellaneous personal tasks as they arise
- Part‑time (5–15 hours/week)
- Flexible based on my work schedule
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Organized and takes initiative
- Comfortable with changing schedules
- Has reliable transportation
- Experience as a personal assistant, nanny, executive assistant, or house manager is a plus, but not required
