Compensation: $30,000
Job SummaryUnder general supervision, performs a variety of general secretarial, clerical, and administrative support functions or a few specialized or essential clerical functions in support of a unit or office and related personnel.
Responsibilities- May research, investigate, and/or resolve program or issues.
- Draft documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Represent program or unit, provide information and assistance to internal and external customers.
- Perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Provide program, administrative, and/or technical assistance to customers and staff.
- Research and/or resolve program or client issues or questions.
- Provide program, administrative, and technical assistance and interpretation.
- Provide administrative support to assigned area.
- Manage routine administrative functions for the agency/office.
- Support the Interstate Compact office.
High school diploma or GED and two years of general office or administrative experience.
Preferred Qualifications- Four years of experience in a juvenile justice setting, three years of which should be in case management.
- Two years or more of experience with the Juvenile Tracking system.
- Two years or more of experience monitoring and/or evaluating programs.
- Associate’s degree from an accredited university.
