TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Training Project Coordinator to support a rapidly growing leader in the mission-critical digital infrastructure industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly evolving training organization and work directly alongside a recently promoted Senior Director of Training as they build scalable programs, processes, and systems to support continued company growth.

This role serves as a hybrid between an Executive Assistant and a Project Coordinator, acting as the organizational backbone of the training team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in coordinating training initiatives, supporting a major LMS migration, and ensuring critical projects remain on track.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the Senior Director of Training and broader training team.
  • Manage calendars, track priorities, document meeting notes, and serve as a central point of coordination for team activities.
  • Build and maintain project plans, tasks, and deliverables using Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Track project progress, monitor accountability, and ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Support the migration from LMS
    360 to Absorb, including administrative coordination and implementation activities.
  • Assist with the transition and sun setting of Skillsoft content and related learning resources.
  • Coordinate logistics, documentation, and follow-up activities related to training events and leadership development initiatives.
  • Capture information and key takeaways from major training events to support the development of new training playbooks and learning materials.
  • Provide support to directors and stakeholders who frequently travel, ensuring continuity and effective communication across the team.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather information, manage project updates, and ensure successful execution of department initiatives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience:

    3+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Training Administrator, Learning & Development, or related corporate support role.
  • Project Coordination:
    Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a dynamic business environment.
  • LMS

    Experience:

    Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and training administration processes.
  • Project Management Tools:
    Experience using Asana or similar task and project management platforms.
  • Microsoft Office:
    Strong proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Organization:
    Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with confidence interacting across all levels of an organization.
  • Adaptability:
    Ability to manage shifting priorities, solve problems independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • LMS Platforms:

    Experience with Absorb, LMS
    360, Skillsoft, or similar learning management systems.
  • Training & Development:
    Experience supporting corporate training, learning programs, onboarding initiatives, or workforce development projects.
  • Executive Support:
    Previous experience supporting senior leaders, directors, or executive-level stakeholders.
  • Event Coordination:
    Experience assisting with training events, workshops, leadership programs, or corporate meetings.
