Position Summary
Payroll Coordinator position is accountable for collecting timekeeping information, incorporating a variety of deductions into a period payroll and issuing pay and pay-related information to employees. The Payroll Administrator will also assist upper management with information on employees as required.

- Input new hires and personnel changes into the system.
- Process terminations in system.
- Enter pay details into payroll system(s).
- Answer telephone promptly.
- Ability to answer questions regarding payroll policies.
- Other duties as assigned

- Must possess sound decision-making skills and multi-task while working in an environment of stress with specific deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience processing Multi-State Payroll preferred.
- Compliance with Drug-Free Workplace Policy.
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check upon offer of employment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Present a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code.
- Available to work a (minimum) 40-hour week.
- Regularly required to sit for long periods of time
- Constant interaction with computers and prolonged periods of viewing monitors
- Frequent telephone use on a multiline system
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Occasionally lift and or/ move 10 to 25 pounds
- May be required to climb stairs
