Overview
Corebridge Financial seeks an organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Regional Vice President and Regional Leadership team. The role helps drive efficiency, coordination, and execution across a fast-paced sales organization. The successful candidate will manage calendars, travel, reports and presentations, expenses and invoices, and support sales and marketing initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and building strong internal and external relationships.
Responsibilities- Partner with the Regional Vice President (RVP) to support a demanding schedule and high-priority activities.
- Plan travel, manage calendars, complete expense reports, and coordinate conference calls.
- Organize and compile Excel reports on regional results.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reporting.
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable.
- Create PowerPoint presentations for the RVP and leadership team as needed.
- Organize office functions, order supplies, and address equipment issues for office staff.
- Interact with clients, managers, and advisors by phone and in person.
- Support the sales process by identifying data discrepancies or production issues, initiating corrective actions, and following up as required.
- 3+ years of clerical and administrative support experience.
- Proven experience managing calendars for senior-level management; able to modify meetings professionally and efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, changing environment; strong initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professionalism and confidentiality required.
This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Atlanta, GA office.
