Project Coordinator
Join our dynamic team as a Project Coordinator and play a crucial role in the successful execution of engineering and construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at coordinating diverse project activities. As a key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, you will ensure seamless communication and efficient project delivery from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:- Facilitate project information sharing with vendors, clients, and project teams.
- Support project setup, compile documentation, and manage updates.
- Monitor deadlines, benchmarks, and prepare monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate and lead on-site and off-site meetings, including training and stakeholder reviews.
- Ensure compliance with training programs, maintain accurate project documentation, and verify billing accuracy.
- Oversee IT resources, assist with project closeout activities, and prepare cost forecasts.
- Assist in preparing client contracts, internal procedures, and support project management processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Problem‑solving mentality with a proactive approach.
Skills:
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Previous experience in engineering, construction, or related industries.
- Basic understanding of billing and invoicing processes.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of project coordination or administrative experience in a similar environment.
- This is an onsite position; remote or hybrid work is not available.
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate on-site meetings and training sessions.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain necessary project‑related certifications if required.
