About the RoleWe are seeking an outgoing, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the face and voice of our physical headquarters in Atlanta. In this central role, you are much more than a receptionist, you are the ultimate ambassador of our office culture and client hospitality ecosystem. Responsibilities- First Impression Hospitality: Warmly greet arriving clients, corporate partners, and guests, providing a high-touch, premium hospitality experience from the moment they step through our doors.
- Inbound Communications Hub: Manage our central phone lines and physical correspondence with absolute polish—routing calls accurately, taking detailed messages, and ensuring no inquiry is left unanswered.
- Client Experience Optimization: Ensure the lobby, reception area, and main conference rooms are immaculately maintained, stocked, and always presentation‑ready for high‑level client strategy sessions.
- Administrative & Scheduling Support: Assist our local executive leadership and remote CPA teams with calendar management, client appointment confirmations, and general administrative task overflow.
- Office Operations Management: Maintain internal office inventory, coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and courier services, and interface with local building vendors to keep day‑to‑day operations running flawlessly.
- Experience: 2–4 years of dedicated experience in a front desk, office coordination, high‑end hospitality reception, or professional client services role.
- The "Type‑of‑Person": Exceptionally personable, sociable, and naturally empathetic. You possess a vibrant, confident in‑person presence and have a unique gift for making people feel comfortable, valued, and heard.
- Communication Polish: Flawless verbal and written communication skills. You take pride in maintaining a professional demeanor, clear phone articulation, and a sharp, corporate‑ready presentation.
- Organizational Rigor: An eagle‑eye attention to detail with the ability to multitask seamlessly in a dynamic office environment without losing your calm, grounded composure.
- Tech Literacy: Strong proficiency with modern office tools, including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), video conferencing platforms, and basic customer database or scheduling software.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a massive asset to support our cross‑border operations and diverse local client demographic.
- Prior experience working within a luxury boutique environment, high‑end medical/dental practice, or premium professional services firm (legal, financial, wealth management).
Compensation: $18-$22/hr
