Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the coordination and management of company projects, tracking progress and preparing status reports.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring the workplace is well-resourced.
- Process invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems, ensuring all records are accurate and easily accessible.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure clear communication and seamless workflow.
- Help to develop and implement new administrative systems and operational procedures to improve efficiency.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for management as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an operations, administrative, or similar support role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and articulate manner.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- A proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with data entry and records management.
