• Performs clerical tasks to support timely escrow closings and title recordings.
• Support title officer role in a variety of tasks to keep workflows efficient and accurate, including without limitation, preparation and finalization of commercial title policies based upon proformas; document scanning and compilation; provision of assistance in closing transactions by liaising with customers, internal teammates and third party information providers; communicating with clerk and tax offices; ordering lien, judgment and authority searches;
  
  submitting documents for recording; assistance with final fee reconciliation; disseminating final closing packages; interprets and acts on instructions from customers and title officers.
• Creates title files and prepares endorsements and supplemental documents, including in connection with construction draw requests.
• Provides customer service to customers and internal partners.
• Assist with office administrative tasks.
