About Zentooth

We are a small boutique and growing Endodontic practice seeking a friendly, professional, and

organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact

with our patients, you will be the face of the office and play a crucial role in providing

exceptional customer service and ensuring our patients have a positive experience from start to

finish.

Location:

Midtown, Atlanta

Job

Hours:

Mon – Thurs: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM;
Fri: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation: $24,000 negotiable based on experience / Competitive pay rate based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting patients and visitors in a warm, professional and welcoming manner
  • Communicating with patients regarding their treatment plans and answering any questions they may have
  • Communication with referring dentists and their staff
  • Scheduling appointments to build a productive schedule
  • Following up on unscheduled and pending treatments
  • Verifying patient insurance benefits and collecting payments
  • Reviewing payment and financing options to patients
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Managing patient records and ensuring accuracy
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a dental office (recommended)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of front desk experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Windows operating system, Microsoft Office and dental practice management software (Open Dental)
  • Confidence and adaptability in learning new systems and software as needed
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or degree preferred
